Returns
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
The withdrawal period begins when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal, for example by sending an e-mail to: czesci@braciawydmuch.plIt is sufficient to send us the declaration before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Please send back the returned goods to the address: Bracia Wydmuch sp. z o.o. sp. k., ul. Śląska 69, 42-130 Wręczyca Wielka, Poland, no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
The refund of payments made by you will be made immediately, in accordance with the Store Regulations, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not granted in cases specified in the Regulations. Detailed information about your rights can be found in this document.
Complaints
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have certain rights if the goods sold are not in conformity with the contract.
In case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint, for example, to the e-mail address: czesci@braciawydmuch.pl.
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and became apparent within two years from that moment.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you can demand:
- exchange of the goods,
- repair of the goods.
In some cases, you can submit a statement demanding:
- withdrawal from the contract,
- a price reduction.
