Returns

If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

The withdrawal period begins when you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes possession of the goods.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example, by sending an email to: czesci@braciawydmuch.plIt is sufficient to send us the statement before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Please send the returned goods promptly to the following address: Bracia Wydmuch sp. z o.o. sp. k., ul. Śląska 69, 42-130 Wręczyca Wielka, but no later than 14 days from the day on which you withdrew from the contract.

We will refund the payments made by you promptly, in accordance with the Store Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in cases specified in the Regulations. All detailed information about your rights can be found in this document.

Complaints

If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have certain rights if the sold goods do not comply with the contract.

In case of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint, for example, to the email address: czesci@braciawydmuch.pl.

We are generally responsible for any non-compliance of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and was revealed within two years of that time.

Under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you may request:

• replacement of the goods,
• repair of the goods.

In some cases, you may submit a statement requesting:

• withdrawal from the contract,
• price reduction.
