If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The withdrawal period begins from the moment you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal, e.g., via email. It is sufficient to send us the statement before the 14-day period expires. (czesci@braciawydmuch.pl).
Return the goods to us promptly at the address: Bracia Wydmuch sp. z o.o. sp. k., address: ul. Śląska 69, 42-130 Wręczyca Wielka, but no later than 14 days from the date you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund the payments made by you promptly in accordance with the Store’s Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
